Be respectful of one another and keep communication open and clear.
It is your responsibility as a seller to ensure equipment and supplies are being sold to other professionals and apprentices ONLY. We are not trying to become a one stop shop for scratchers.
Sellers can reserve the right to refuse a sale at their own discretion.
Sellers are responsible for mailing the item(s) sold in a timely manner and are packaged in a secure method for shipment so they arrive to the buyer in the best possible condition.
Sellers are responsible to ensure your listings are accurate. If you’re selling a machine and you have altered it in anyway, even if it’s turning a contact screw you have to list it as an altered/used machine with the alterations you have made. ONLY list a machine as unaltered if it’s untouched same as the day you bought it.
If doing a trade, work out the terms of the trade amongst yourselves ahead of time and honor your agreements.
If a problem arises during or after a transaction, go to the other party first and try to work it out amongst yourselves. Tattoo Classifieds will step in and mediate the situation and make a final call, only as a last resort.
